Where is the digital gift card emailed to?
The email address used during checkout is where the gift card will be sent. It is sent as a link in an email. If you want to send it on to another person's email address, you can forward the email, or share the link however you wish.
Are digital gift cards available in other denominations?
The current denominations have been chosen to be representative of the different price ranges of goods available. However, if you would like a different denomination, get in touch and we can issue it for you.
Can a digital gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
How do I check my remaining balance?
If you have added the digital gift card to your Apple Wallet, you will be able to see your remaining balance, otherwise contact us and we will inform you of your balance.
Can more than one digital gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.
Can a digital gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
