Love it or Return
We trust every artwork we sell arrives in perfect condition and to your satisfaction. However, If you would like to return your purchase please email info@chloemccarrick.com - we offer a 30 days full refund or you can exchange your item for any piece in any of the collections. We endeavour to do our very best in quickly resolving any issues with your purchase in a reasonable and fair manner, meanwhile, here’s all the legal bits we have to tell you:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Gifts cards are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
• Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would rather exchange it for another item, please get in touch within 30 days of your purchase. Send an email to info@chloemccarrick.com and send your item to:

As many of the works are one-off pieces, we cannot guarantee we'll be able to exchange for an exact item, you may exchange for any item in any of the collections or alternatively, request a refund.
Any difference in cost of the exchanged product will either be refunded to you if lower than the original purchase, or payable by you, should it be more expensive than the original purchase. If the cost of shipping the exchanged item to you is deemed unreasonably high, we may request the postage cost from you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
